Jennifer Williams

founding partner
director of accounts & agency operations

Jennifer manages agency operations and personally directs strategic development for all clients, ensuring their objectives are met on time, on budget, and beyond expectation. her project management expertise runs the gamut from web and app development to fully integrated advertising campaigns.

a graduate of the college of William and Mary, Jen’s a self-described nerd with a passion for travel (Italia!!), puzzles (NYT crosswords), theater (all), a good (non-fiction) book, and food (plays sous to chef brother). Jennifer, and her wife Ann, play mom to a four-legged dog son and monster, Oscar.

Paul Orefice

founding partner
creative director

Paul directs creative for all agency clients, managing conceptual direction, art direction and production for all brands. he has led the watsons to over 65 creative awards — and has a deep expertise in all media — from digital to video — and everything in between.

Paul is a graduate of Boston College, a lover of the arts, an artist (creating subversive works under an alias), a master playlist curator (with an obsession on synthpop/new wave), and a proud book club nerd. he’s married and shares a home with his husband, Ron, in the city (Hell's Kitchen) and the Jersey Shore (Ocean Grove).

Erin Archer

senior account manager

Erin handles the day-to-day account and project management duties on a spectrum of agency clients, bringing strategic thinking and creative problem solving to everything she does. a talented painter and illustrator, erin has created artwork for several client projects.

a graduate of Westminster College and Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Erin loves the arts. she rarely misses a broadway musical (high school thespian), creates art (painted one of the Sing for Hope Public NYC pianos), knits up a storm (has made more pink hats and baby booties than she can count), and is an intrepid traveler. she and her sig other are parents to their gifted bunny, Polaris.

Chris Decarlo

digital design director

Chris is an award-winning art director with a love for illustration, motion graphics, and all things web and mobile. he currently handles web design and animation for all agency brands — and has created illustrations for a number of agency projects. his prior web work includes the first web sites for Major League Baseball, the US Senate, Dear Abby, and the first AOL super site.

Chris is a graduate of James Madison University and a walking pop culture encyclopedia (go ahead, ask him anything). a former caricature artist at Busch Gardens in Williamsburg, VA (first creative gig), he is also an aficionado of 1950s and 60s animation (his dream: Hanna-Barbera-Decarlo). Chris is married and spends most of his free time taking in the city’s arts.

Brian Rosenkrans

senior art director

Brian is a multi-talented art director who elevates everything he touches — from digital to integrated branding. he brings a unique attention to detail, with an ability to design within any parameters. brian is also a talented photographer who handles location shoots for a number of client projects.

a graduate of the University of Mississippi and Portfolio Center in Atlanta, Brian scours the web for new retro (oxymoron) fonts, takes in Broadway shows (all), rocks out to post-pop-punk (emo), and rides his bike (helmet, please) everywhere it will take him. Brian is also a devoted consumer of the beverage for which he is nicknamed, Dr. Pepper.

Stephen Pirrelli

production manager

Stephen manages all print production and file fulfillment needs for our clients. liaising with a host of print producers, he ensures all aspects of our projects deliver the best combination of value, quality, and time. he is intimately familiar with the demands of high volume production and has that uncanny ability to anticipate and address challenges before they arise.

Stephen is a graduate of Pace University with a passion for all things equestrian. when he’s not escaping to the Hudson Valley, he can be found building complex organizational units, and grooving to a Mariah Carey power ballad.

Maggie Montieth

senior copywriter | partner emeritus

an Emmy-nominated writer with 30+ years of experience, Maggie has written everything from radio jingles and tv spots to social campaigns and documentary scripts. Maggie is a founding partner of the watsons and — though currently enjoying a well-deserved retirement — continues to lend her brilliance to the watsons, and our clients, as a freelance writer.

a graduate of Michigan State University, Maggie loves her time with a great book, watching or listening to (podcast geek) a binge-able series, sitting at the piano (and often playing), listening to music (written before 1980), and being with her pals in Provincetown. she and her sig other split their time between NYC (work) and Connecticut (play) and are parents to some beautifully trained (wink, wink) dogs.
